The Herbal Thermalist™ education is a comprehensive education on how to master the gifts of nature and the dynamics of hotcold contrast exposure, to create and facilitate health promoting and rejuvenating, herbal and thermal experiences. 

A Herbal Thermalist™ masters the mechanisms of traditional and cultural sweat rituals, contrast therapies, as well as, aromatic, herbal, and spiritual practices combined with artistic and professional self-expression.

The Herbal Thermalist™ education and examination, is a combination of:

  • Live online seminars with supporting education for the next live weekend
  • Live weekends at our Nordic Health & Living retreats in Denmark.
  • A full personal training, homework, and educational plan
  • Facilitation of good feedback culture and a buddy-system to help you further the quality of your studies and training.
